I love this book. It has so many delicious recipes – from traditional to gourmet. There are many recipes that I would never even thought of cooking in foil, from breakfasts, main dishes and even desserts. I also was getting bored with some of the same old standby recipes that I’ve made while camping or grilling out – this book gives me so many more options. The recipes have easy to follow instructions and use many items that I already have in my pantry or refrigerator, so I don’t have to be concerned about buying specialty ingredients. The recipes are really perfect for me (my husband and I both work and we have 2 young girls) because I can make a great meal that is easy to prepare and has little or no cleanup afterwards. There are fantastic recipes like Tahitian Pineapple Ham and Bacon & Cheese Steak Fries that my family loved! I’m also looking forward to trying Chocolate Cake in Orange Cups. I am thrilled how much easier it is to cook things like chicken and pork without drying them out – all the recipes I’ve tried came out juicy, perfectly done and best of all – fantastic! With 150 recipes, there are a lot to choose from.I highly recommend this book!

Lots of great ideas in this book. Really like it!!! Not only menu ideas but preparation tips are included. Found the book quite helpful.

The item was shipped before the last date it said it would be at my house. It was in perfect condition and as for the recipe book, it's really awesome. It separates the recipes by ovens, and fires for camping. I think it will definitely come in handy in the future for foil recipes, great purchase!
