I have been taking this for 3 months now and it has helped tremendously. I have not had any of the agonizing foot pain/cramping or toeclutches in my feet . I'll admit its hard to tell if this works. I got it for numbness in my toes. My doctor said poor circulation. This was no help. Not for my problem. It may increase general circulation. I have no way to judge that.

I suffer from low blood pressure and my hands and feet are always cold! I thought i'd give this supplement a try to help naturally improve circulation. I took the whole bottle and never missed a day and can definitely say there was a difference in my circulation - less chill, less tingling - and I'll definitely be buying more since they are at a price that would be worth it just to feel a little better.
