I have been using Mally shadow sticks for years, and they are always just outstanding. You apply the color, and then you have about 45 seconds to smudge/blend/whatever before it's on for the day. I usually set mine with a little powder eyeshadow to add interest and wearability, and these shadows stay right where they're put without flaking, creasing, or fading for a good 12 hours plus. I have oily eyelids, so finding an eyeshadow that stays without creasing or fading can be a real problem. I have tried to find similar sticks that aren't so expensive ($25 for one eyeshadow!), and have not found one so far, but you know what - these are worth every penny because they truly are, as Mally says, "bulletproof"! I got the Chocolate Diamond shade - it's a very pretty medium brown that you can do a lot of looks with. Sadly, they seem to have discontinued my favorite Saddle Shimmer, but this Chocolate shade is a great substitute. Plus, I was delighted to find them on Amazon, because then I could have my Shadow Stick in two days - what's not to love?

I love the color, and this applies well. It does tend to feel a little sticky/gummy around the creases, but I’ve found that putting a thin layer of powder on top prevents this. I can’t remember if this was marked as “waterproof” but it definitely seems to be. My normal makeup remover wipes don’t work at all; I have to use micellar water for removal. The only negative is how quickly the tube runs out.
