I have had this vacuum for almost a year now. I love how lightweight it is and how it cleans all the surfaces in my house. I used all the time until the battery died unexpectedly. However I contacted the customer services through their website and I was amazed by their after sale services. They shipped me a new battery free of charge and it arrived in less than 2 weeks and now I’m using my favorite vacuum again, they kept following up with me to check if the battery arrived and is working fine . This vacuum is a steal. Affordable and powerful. All in all 10/10 experience

I am still evaluating the product, initial views is that it is fit for the purpose.It doesn't have the strongest suction, however for Middle East homes which are not generally covered in carpet (unlike northern Europe say), it will pick up hair and dust sufficiently. On carpets/rugs it is ok too, it picked up a load of debris from my rugs.I can get my apartment cleaned from one battery charge (800 sq.ft.) in auto mode. If I want to do sofas, mattress and use the crevice as well, I will need to do a battery recharge.I didn't like the construction of the dust bin components, cheap construction, but cleaning it is not so difficult. I read somewhere all parts are washable too. I hope spare parts will be available, because I am sure the air filters and one small non return air flap, will not last long. The thin foam filter, before the HEPA filter, is very thin and delicate and I do not expect it to last long either.The motor assembly is of good sturdy quality. The head and brush are also of good quality. The LED lights on the brush head are quite useful, you can see things that can not be seen with the bare eye.The attachments are adequate, I did not find that I needed more of them.Price is reasonable, perhaps it could be a little cheaper, since in Europe is available for around 20 Euro/Dollar less.Overall, so far so good, it has only been one week.

I was searching for a cordless handheld vacuum to replace my old broken stick vacuum cleaner and I found this product on top of the list. Its design and specifications are perfect in addition to its affordability compared to high-end brands which are commonly advertised in the market. The product was delivered to me on time with great packaging. It comes with accessories, cleaning brushes, wall mount, charger, and attachments. It is lightweight and can be held with one hand. I thought it was ergonomically designed - the placement of the dust canister was perfect and the battery is easily detached and installed. It has touch controls to change suction power and at the same time it has a battery display status. I was amazed with it's suction power since I've been using it to clean carpeted floors and it really does the job well. It took me around 4 hours to fully charge the battery and I've used it continuously for around 40-50 minutes - although time of usage would vary depending on the selected suction power. I have been using it for quite sometime now and I haven't encountered any issues yet - I'm satisfied with it's use.

I must say I found an amazing dust cleaner for my home. It's been over a week or more I bought this and using this for my 1 bedroom apartment and the result is phenomenal.It sucks all carpet dust in a seconds and no sound of the machine.Battery timings are quite amazing aswell.Easy to remove dust box and very easy to adjust too.Overall a great product with perfect modern look.

Great machine but unfortunately broke down after 2 months with the least usage where it was cleaned and well maintained

Vacuum works great for the price. Also part of the hose on the floor attachment broke after a couple months,, but the customer service team sent a replacement very quick free of charge. Great product/service overall

Después de unos meses encantadísima con este aspirador me cargué el cabezal de succión y en lugar de pedir el repuesto "aproveché" una oferta de CECOTEC, me arrepiento muchísimo, el cepillo Jalisco es pésimo, sobre todo si tienes mascotas, así que decidí pedir a PROSCENIC el repuesto del cabezal y la atención postventa ha sido maravillosa, me localizaron rápido el repuesto a un precio muy razonable, llegó antes de lo previsto y además se molestaron después en escribirme para comprobar que todo hubiera sido a mi gusto. Vuelvo a tener el aspirador PROSCENIC como nuevo y sigo muy contenta, por potencia, succión incluso de pelos del perro, capacidad, manejo, batería.. LO RECOMIENDO 100%

L’aspirapolvere rispetta le aspettative. Buona aspirazione, praticamente viene usata sempre con impostazione auto che è più o meno una potenza intermedia più che sufficiente, discreta fattura e gradevole l’aspetto. Intelligente l’aumento di potenza allo spegnimento, che presumo serva per svuotare il tubo da eventuali residui. Alcuni però, a mio avviso, sono gli aspetti negativi. Lo svuotamento del “serbatoio” dallo sportellino posto sotto allo stesso (l’apertura si poteva fare meglio, ad esempio con una sorta di pulsante), non consente sempre una rimozione efficace dell’aspirato.Bocciato l’accessorio spazzola. Troppo corto, se usato direttamente sul corpo macchina, con uno snodo che avrei evitato o meglio, migliorato. La possibilità di avere una batteria di riserva è stato probabilmente il fattore che mi ha fatto propendere per l’acquisto, oltre che ai led sulla spazzola. Peccato che solo dopo pochi giorni dalla consegna dell’aspirapolvere labatteria non risulti più disponibile. Ho contattato l’assistenza per avere informazioni sul come procurarmene una. Attendo ancora speranzoso. Scarsa, se non inesistente, mache sarebbe essenziale, la disponibilità di accessori e ricambi sullo store Proscenic.Aggiornamento del 20/05/2023A fine aprile l’accessorio spazzola rotante è diventato rumoroso fino a non funzionare quasi più. Interpellata l’assistenza, in 20 giorni mi è arrivata la spazzola nuova. Un po’ lunghini i tempi ma servizio e comunicazione buono. La sensazione è che utilizzando l’aspirapolvere su tessuti a pelo alto sforzi, mettendo a dura prova la meccanica. Ripeto, unamia impressione. In ogni caso sempre soddisfatto.

Ich habe mir den Staubsauger bestellt, da er mir optisch sehr gefallen hat und mir die Daten zugesagt haben.Mein alter Staubsauger hat leider nicht mehr gereicht aufgrund davon, dass ich zwei Katzen habe und diese enorm viel Haaren sowie das Katzenstreu manchmal überall fliegt.Mit der saugleistung bin ich super zufrieden, der Staubsauger hält was er verspricht. Keine Katzenhaare mehr und das klumpstreu wird super aufgesaugt.Genauso wie die akkulaufzeit .Eine dreizimmerwohnung ist komplett und problemlos mit dem Staubsauger zu reinigen was mir sehr gefällt.Er liegt gut in der Hand und bringt auch etwas Gewicht mit, was ihn hochwertig erscheinen lässt von der haptik und Optik.Das bedienbare Touch Display hat auch eine gute haptik.Im großen und ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann den Staubsauger Weiterempfehlen.Eine kleine Bürste ist auch noch dabei mit der man in die Ecken kommt und z.b spinnenweben von der Wand ohne Probleme abbekommt.

Well this mighty little hoover blew my mind. So I have bought a couple of items from this brand (airfryer and air purifier) so I kinda trust the brand. However I had so many bad experiences with cheap hoovers in the past but I don’t have the budget to get a Dyson.This hoover, compared to my previous Shark hoover is so light weight that I totally forgot how easy and fast you can clean everything up. Manoeuvrability is amazing! And the led lights are super bright so even with the lights off you can see everything on the floor and spot any dust left easily...And the most important part for me: suction power! Compared to any other similarly priced brands I have to say suction power is nice and above average. Even the auto mode feels good and comfy enough to hoover all the flooring no matter if it's hard floors or carpets.Overall I'm happy and satisfied with the purchase.Finally the pros and cons for me:Pros:LightweightSuction powerBattery lifeManoeuvrabilityPriceCons:Not the best roll brush (specially for hair)Feels plastic (specially when emptying the bin)Conclusion:Overall it's a no brainer, you're getting a lot of good specs and you'll get good results in general, but ifYou're expecting a Dyson replacement it is obviously not for you then. Avant j’avais un aspirateur qu’on tirait avec un long câble d’alimentation. En plus il me faisait mal au dos à chaque fois car le tuyau d’aspiration n’étais pas long.J’ai donc non réfléchi puis je me pencher vers les aspirateurs comme celui-ci qui pour son prix fait très bien le travail, facile a vider ( pas besoin d’acheter des pochettes à changer à chaque fois) , la charge rapidement et tiens longtemps.Le montage était très simple.J’apprécie beaucoup aussi les led qui me permettent de mieux voir les poussières.Vous l’avez compris je suis content de mon achat :) Si vous hésitez je ne peux que vous dire de foncer.
