The material is not exactly velvet... it's a slightly lower-grade, hairier looking version of it. But it works, and It is what it is .... for its price point. The interior is surprisingly well made: good material, cut right, fits right, feels sturdy and can hold up. No smell and definitely good value for money. The zipper is quite a bright gold color. It's not the highest grade but not cheap flimsy either. It will hold up for a bit I think. I will bring this along during travels. It would fit nicely on the bedside in hotels and it is sized enough for me to bring a small selection for travel. I would buy again... maybe in a different color. Oh, they would make nice gifts to girl friends!

This is the perfect little jewelry holder for travel or hotel stay. Well made, nice zipper and I like the compartments. The best part is the mirrored divider that help keep everything in place. The color (blush) is pretty and the velvet material is really nice. I’m going to order another one for my daughter.
