These shoes are a pretty inexpensive way to find out whether or not you like minimalist footwear.I had to size up a bit as I have very wide toes. As a result of that, these are slightly too long for me. I can still run in them without tripping, so not a huge deal. My pinky toes do tend to run into the side of the shoe a bit though.I've walked, trained and gone running in these so far. The insoles are way too squishy for my liking. They also cause my heel to move up and down in the shoe, which made the back of the shoe tear up the back of my ankle.I took the insoles out and this problem went away.Pros:- Cheap- reasonably comfortable without the insole- grippy on the bottom and very thin sole for a barefoot feelCons:- The insoles are not good- Not as wide as I'd hoped for. My feet are cursed, so you may not have the same problems as me.

Me fueron de mucha ayuda los comentarios de compradores anteriores y la verdad es que son muy atinados.Es una solución barata y de buena calidad para empezar a caminar y correr con estilo barefoot o minimalista.Es un poco truculenta la platilla interna porque si agrega algunos milímetros de grosor. Quitándola estoy más cómodo corriendo y dejándola dentro, estoy más cómodo caminando para hacer mi día normal

Excelentes zapatillas para hacer carrera lenta. (Véase el libro: Slow jogging, Hiroaki Tanaka) Muy comodas y con buen agarre al terreno, el pie se apoya con libertad y el zapato se expande de los dedos en cada pisada proporcionando comidad y soporte. Había estado corriendo con zapatos de carrera tradicionales (soporte de talon) y después de una hora me molestaban los dedos. Con estas zapatillas he corrido cerca de 2 horas continuas con absoluta comodidad. Sin molestias y sin ampollas, ideales para carrera de distancia, con apoyo en la parte delantera del pie. No son recomdables si corres apoyando primero el talón.Excelente producto, lo volveré a comprar cuando me acabe los actuales.

Como zapato barefoot es muy cómodo. Mi problema fue para encontrar mi talla. Yo soy talla 12 en todos lo zapatos, pero al pedir este en 12-12.5, me sorprendí porque me quedaba muy justo. Cambié por un 13" el cual me queda ligeramente grande pero bastante cómodo. Es un zapato que puedes traer durante todo el día con absoluta comodidad. Aún me queda pendiente probarlo como zapato de correr, que es la razón por la cual lo compré.Actualización: Ya corrí con los zapatos en distancias de 5, 10 y 20k. Ningún problema con respecto a su comodidad, no hay partes del pie enrojecidas. Como zapato minimalista, se puede esperar que es más cansado correr largas distancias porque no hay amortiguación y el pie va golpeando con el pavimento al 100%, pero eso es algo que uno sabe desde el momento de comprarlos. Es cuestión de acostumbrarse y seguir corriendo.Por el precio y el desempeño, definitivamente compraría otros.

The product is as advertised. The price is right. In fact, I will buy a second pair. It came a week earlier than predicted. The quality is good. The fit is good. I would say this is a good deal for a barefoot runner. Only one caveat, the insole, obviously of decent quality is bit too thick. It takes away from the barefoot aspect because it elevates the heel. If I could suggest that the manufacturer include a lower quality insole, i.e., one that is thinner so the buyer could have the option of a thick or thin insole. Fortunately, I had an old runner with a cheap, thin insole. I just exchanged it for the thicker insole. It now feels like I am going barefoot. I suppose one could just take the insole out and achieve the same result. Conclusion: This is a good shoe.
