I bought this camera just before giving birth to my second child so I can supervise my first one.This image quality is great even during the night , I love the fact that I can speak to my child even if I am miles away and that I can see 360⁰.The app is very easy to install and works straight away after you create an account.I am happy with the product for the price I paid.

This 2k camera looks great but that's where it stopped in my case.After spending 2 days trying and failing to connect to the 2.4ghz WiFi and far too many discussions with a clueless YI customer support team🤬 so I gave up and returned for a full refund (Thank you Amazon👍) .So not to be defeated I then bought an Ezviz 2k ptz for half the cost that connected first time to the same 2.4ghz network and was all setup in literally 5 minutes and the video quality is really good plus the UI is far far better....🥲Ok it's not black and the shape is a little less modern but it works 😃Save your time, money and most importantly your sanity and buy the Ezviz.Hope this helps

I’ve had 2 of the 1080p Yi dome cameras for a couple of years and this gives a decent increase in image quality, a wider field of view and much better low light visibility when night vision is off. I prefer the look & design of the dome camera, but that’s just personal preference. The only issue I had was getting the camera to scan the QR code on the phone when setting up the camera, took a few attempts, move to a darker area and it helps.

This is the 9th Yi camerathat I have installed. All working perfectly. I put a Mesh wifi system in for extended signal range. This camera has a terrific picture quality, awesome night vision. THERE IS A FLAW in this camera for me, Pan and Tilt is not available on the PC monitor. Pan and Tilt works from Android app so I need my phone with me to operate the camera when viewing from my security station at the PC. I am hoping for a firmware update, fingers crossed.

The camera is ok, though a bit pricey. Set up pretty straight forward. Picture quality is good, night vision works well.Mine is installed in an apartment and with the movement function you can reach almost every corner of the room which is handy.The app is far worse now that it merged/changed to Kami, it's too expensive and just not worth it.The motion detection doesn't work half of the times, verified with my relative when we were away: I could see they were there cause I knew the time ahead but no notification from the app most of the times.I would not recommend it and definitely won't buy again. Other brands offer same or better quality products and cheaper app subscriptions. Not to mention the motion detection that doesn't work.
