I brought these for my son almost a year ago and we still are unable to transform megatron. We searched for a YouTube video to try to help us and we couldn’t find anything. To be honest Optimus prime doesn’t completely transform either. Sorry, I know this doesn’t help.

Try going to YouTube. That's what my 5 year old grandson does when he gets stumped. Other than that, I have no suggestions. I do know that he got one that it was really hard to get it turned into the car but can't remember if it was Optimus Prime.
