Best Brace I've EVER Used!
I have Axial SpondyloArthritis (AxSpA) and OsteoArthritis with Fibromyalgia. I find that wearing compression gear helps during flares and bad weather, but I have noticed that sometimes at night I still need to wear my old Tendonitis/Carpal Tunnel Braces, to stabilize my wrists and keep me from sleeping with my wrists bent funny. Well, I lost my right wrist brace and decided to replace it with one from my favorite brand for compression gear, Doctor Arthritis, and this is the best brace I've ever worn! This brace is much longer than most that I've tried, having three full-width straps instead of two. I was worried my large firearms wouldn't fit comfortably with the extra length, but there is way more than enough adjustment room to fit my arms and allow for variable pressure, depending on what I need and where I need it on my arm!The Thumbhole on my old brace was so small and the material was so thin, I literally cut it open. This new brace is very comfortable around my thumb, even wearing it all night long, and it's MUCH more stable, both because I didn't have to cut it, but more stable than my old brace before I cut it.My wrist isn't just locked in place with this brace, it's completely locked in the correct position. My old brace still allowed my wrist to twist a little, but this brace completely secures my wrist in the most natural position. It's fantastic. I need to buy another for my left hand.My only complaint is that the velcro closures are so secure, they're a little difficult to adjust during flares where my fingers are weak, but it's not so difficult that I can't adjust them, and I'm sure that velcro closure is a large part of why they are so secure.I marked weight down a star because this brace is bulkier than some, but the actual weight isn't very noticeable. It's really extremely comfortable.

Amazing!
I have suffered with Carpal Tunnel for YEARS!These were a game changer in my life. I had gone through two rounds of shots and the second round didn't provide much relief. My biggest issue was night time. I would constantly wake up through the night in pain.Wearing these gave me my first night of relief in months. I was able to sleep peacefully almost immediately and I was able to make it half the day before the pain and tingling kicked it. The more nights I used them, the more relief I got. I can't recommend these enough. They are comfortable compared to others, durable and the velcro is very good quality. They are not like other braces where the velcro loses its stick. Can't recommend these enough!

Exactly what I needed, great fit
I have mild carpal tunnel syndrome with moderate arthritis. I bought 2 of these - one for each hand - and they fit great. I'm able to do most things while wearing them during the day, though I don't wear them during the day very often. I mainly wear them at night. When I wake up in the morning, my hands are not numb and they feel pretty good. The fit is great - I'm a petite woman and these are not too big. I appreciate that they are pink as well. I have no complaints about these wrist braces. Great fit, great price, great product. Effective & comfortable.

soft and nice palm support, but not really helping with my carpal tunnel
I bought this for carpal tunnel in both wrists after the brace offered at the dr office was $80 and not covered by insurance. Significantly cheaper, it met the requirements suggested by the doctor - no thumb stabilizer, one strap above the thumb going across the palm, and rigid enough to prevent bending the wrist. I like that if can be used for either hand, but that may actually be the downfall in the end. It does not adjust well to perfectly secure around my wrist, feeling like it has too large of a length of the brace to try to stabilize. The fit is good - and I have fairly wide arms that don't fit standard braces I found at stores. It is also nice and soft. Probably the best feature is the little filled pocket on the inside that basically creates a natural curve for the palm of the hand. I did not find that feature in any of the options I found in stores. I am tempted to take this to an alterations place to see if they can move or add an additional strap to improve the fit. At this point, it is not that much of a help for stabilizing my wrist while sleeping, on either hand. It is also a bit warm, which surprised me. I expected the soft fabric would breath, but it was more like a neoprene material that got quite warm.

Works well. Comfortable.
I sometimes strain my wrists with my gardening/landscaping work and this helps with healing. I love the microbead ball that sits in the palm. Stabilizes the wrist, comfortable. Can be placed on either left or right wrist. Washable.

Designed with comfort.
Having suffered from severe carpel tunnel in both arms/wrists/hands, I have just about tried anything and everything to get some relief. Nothing worked. My Dr says surgery is my only option at this point. I'm not hip to that, at all. When I seen these splints I thought just another set of wrist bands. Having read up about the Dr who invented these, I thought what do I've got to lose. So I ordered a set. Oh my goodness! I could not be more wrong about this set of splints. They are like nothing else I have ever used. And I'm actually getting some serious relief wearing them nightly. The one thing I would say and it's kind of ironic but the velcro that is used to close the splint around your wrist is the most highest grade of velcro I've ever tried to use. A little difficult to undo once stuck together. Here's the irony I have no strength in my hands from the carpal tunnel to be able to do it. I actually have to have someone else help me get them on. It is a very quality product and it is giving me results! Couldn't be happier.
