Yes, this is a 10 dollar enema kit. Don't expect it to be a $40 one. It works great, but there are a couple of things you need to do to it right off.1) As many others have mentioned, the hose comes folded up in the box, and as a result, it comes out of the box with a bunch of kinks in it, which don't come out during normal usage. However, if you coil the hose up in a large pan of water, and bring the water to a boil, those kinks magically disappear, and it's much easier to deal with. On a related note, the hose is thin, and kinks easily, so when you store it, be sure to spread the pincher it comes with, so you don't have a kinked hose next time you use it.2) Again, since the hose is thin, it doesn't hold on to the barbed ends of the fittings you put on each end very well, and leaks if you use a warm liquid. I solved that problem by wrapping a small zip-tie around each end like a hose clamp.After those two modifications, it works perfectly!
