Helps my ankle a lot
I wear this half a day on badly damaged ankle that tends to swell. This brace helps to decrease the amount of swelling. Bought another one because works well and is comfy to wear, fits in most shoes with my socks over it. Bought a size up so not too tight. The closed back does not irritate my Achilles tendon as the open back ones do.

What to do if in-between sizes… excellent product
I sprained my ankle and needed some support/compression that was easy to wear regularly. I was between sizes, and per the seller’s instructions I ordered up. Got the socks and put one on… and it wasn’t quite tight enough. It was tight, as they are compression socks, but I was hoping for more support. I emailed the seller (they included a little card to reach out with questions). Their customer support was amazing… quick response and detailed information. I ended up ordering the smaller size to compare. The smaller size was much tighter, and a little shorter. This ended up being great for longer times on my feet (walking, grocery shopping, working out, etc). The shorter sock fit really well with the flip flops I usually wear. The larger sock is good for general wear around the house (I work from home), and quick errands. If you’re between sizes, I’d recommend smaller if you’re looking for great compression, you walk or stand a lot, or if you’ll be wearing shoes often. The larger sock will be lighter compression, but still good, and an easier wear when sitting, and very light walking.By the way, the pink is gorgeous. A true hot pink. I hand wash nightly and they wash very well. Dry overnight. These are my measurements so you have something to compare: 22cm arch (least important to me), 23.5cm ankle (most important due to desire to compress ankle swelling), Usually wear a wide width shoe Size 38 (between a size 7 and 8 in US sizes).

Not Snug ! immediately felt some relief
Oh? no way !! I I had low to medium expectations for this item . I just opened it and put them on . Oh LIKE WOW !!🤩 So far because I have not put on any socks over the ankle supports yet nor have I tested them by walking on them yet. But So far? I felt Immediate relief , and soft Support ! I feared greatly that they be too tight and uncomfortable I’m extra wide feet and extra sensitive to tightness or slight discomfort . They fit perfectly and as one reviewer pointed out why I decided on this item over all others the top of the neck sock is 1)soft , and 2)well made yet 3) supportive !! Checks So far checks all boxes . I may add a star if it proves test of walking and standing long periods of time .

Comfortable and supportive brace
I am still recovering from a slightly sprained ankle and plantar fasciitis- when I am not wearing my sneakers but am wearing shoes I wear this brace for extra support. It works great. Be sure to measure as described in the product information as you don't want the ankle to be too tight. I used both my ankle size and shoe size - fit perfect. I got it in beige and it barely shoes in my shoe under pants.

Great support but not long lasting
I've purchased three sets of these compression ankle braces because they really do make my ankle pain go away and offer great support while training. You have to be careful putting a sock over the brace as the front will curl up on you and make it uncomfortable when walking/running. The biggest issue I have is they do not last long. I've already torn 3 of 6 while putting them on. They are compression socks so they are tight to be put on by design. I might buy again but will be looking to see if there's another version available that is a bit tougher material around the ankle.

Good support
I bought these to wear when I run on the treadmill to see if it would keep my tendinitis from flaring up in my foot. So far, they are working great. I do not have foot pain when I run. I only run a couple times a week so I’m not sure how they would work if I ran multiple days in a row. I am just trying to take it slow.

REALLY GREAT SUPPORT!!!
I'm adding onto my prior review because I want everyone to know that these "TechWare Pro Ankle Compression Sleeves" are BETTER THAN ANY BOOT SUPPORT, and MORE MANAGEABLE -- you can get up and down staircases, etc., without further endangering your safety. The boot(s) that you get in the hospital/from the doctor, etc. have limited-to-poor traction in the soles, and are more likely to CAUSE further injury than heal the injured limb: I find the doc-boots to be too big (NB: They are one-size-fits-all), too long, and too slippery. It's like trying to walk with a diver's flip-flops on (that divers use for swimming): Great in the water; severely dangerous on land. These compression sleeves can be washed/air-dried in no time and adapt to footware: Just keep them loose-tied; even better if you get a larger-size sneaker and make THAT your main-boot-support, along with the compression sleeves. I bought 6 pairs. I alternate clean/used from day to day, as I'm presently in the middle of a broken toe/fractured toe (due to sprain) on same foot. I remove the sleeve at night; let the blood/oxygen flow to the limb.Worth the price; BETTER THAN ANY SUPPORT BRACE/BOOT!!

Love these things!!
Ok, menopause does some wacky stuff. One of the things they don’t tell you about is potential Achilles tendinitis. It got so bad I was walking like a 90 year old and it was affecting other parts of my body because I was over-compensating. I tried other compression socks but these were PERFECT! They’re just the right amount and the right type of compression for my Achilles tendons and they allow me to walk and function normally again! I’ve purchased four pairs so I’m never without! If I had one minor complaint, I would make them a bit longer in the ankle as they can tend to scrunch down throughout the day and bunch at my ankles where it hinges with my foot, causing a slight loss of circulation and making my toes tingle like they’re asleep. Once I tug them back up, everything is fine again.

Works great for planter fasciitis (update)
The media could not be loaded. Been wearing it for 2 days and the heel is hurting a little less when I walk.Could be the Band-Aid effect feeling like I'm doing something productive so it's helping. It's not too tight it's not too loose just a little loose around the ankle. I could wear it underneath my socks. So far I'm satisfied with the product.***UPDATE It really does work well for planter fasciitis as long as you keep it on. I feel about zero pain when I'm wearing it just took them off to put them in the wash and I can't wait till they come out.
