Not perfect, but does as expected.
Please use the included faucet. It has a pressure regulator built in to protect the plastic reservoir system.Keeps 2-3 8oz glasses worth of water cooler than room temp. Not ice cold but helps. And no compressor bulk or maintenance to worry about

Very nice works well
It’s a good machine but the water is not as cold as I like it. I need to add ice. Very Easy to install . Over all I’m very happy

Waste of money
I had very low expectations with this product being so cheap but it was far lower then i hoped. First off the unit does not even have a cooling system. It is just a computer fan that tries its best to lower water temp a few degrees. No way this unit gives you cold water, ill never know because i was unable and didn’t want to to install . Also its suppose to come with a 3 way tee to hook onto existing sink shut off but it is not the correct size for any sink fitting. It will need an adapter. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Potentially Costly Flawed Design
Worked great for about 2 days. Then, at about 11:30 at night, my daughter heard a popping noise in the kitchen. Fortunately she didn’t ignore it. By the time we arrived there was more than 5 gallons of water under the sink, on the floor, and out into the garage. We’re remodeling the kitchen and there was no flooring to ruin. Everything else dried. What a disaster this would have been if we hadn’t been home. The next day I dismantled the unit to try to see what went wrong. It was immediately obvious. The tubes coming out of the Styrofoam tank are held on with zip-ties. Zip-ties! This isn’t industrial engineering, it’s hardly 8th-grade shop class. The fitting in the included pic that’s circled red should be attached to the pipe circled in purple. This is a thermoelectric cooler. The same kind used for 12v automotive cooler/warmers. It’s not an especially efficient technology. But if the fittings were better designed I would consider using this water cooler on a timer, set to when we’re awake. No way I’d go near this thing again with the current fitting design.Edit 6/15/22: The seller reached out quickly to offer me another example free of charge. He thought the failure might be caused by improper installation. To be entirely fair, I neglected to note in my initial review that I installed the cooler in a non-standard way. Rather than use the included tap with 3 hoses, I used a preinstalled tap that we've been using for years, which has just one hose. I fed the supply line into the cooler and then the out-line from the cooler to the tap. It's possible the cooler wasn't designed to handle this much line pressure (perhaps the 3-hose design at the tap reduces pressure at the cooler?). I've measure our municipal supply in the past (when installing underground drip irrigation) and it's right around 50psi (low average). I really appreciate the seller's quick response and offer, but I'm just not willing to risk another leak.Edit 6/17: Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars because quick failure of fittings was due to improper installation. Still not convinced though that fittings won't eventually fail. I don't want to find out.

Finally a filter that also cools!
This water filter and cooler was extremely simple to install. I love that it also cools the water - giving us functionality we we're missing from our fridge that can't dispense chilled water.Only downside I've seen so far is that the faucet part that curves down to dispense water feels really loose. It turns as designed around the Y axis but also jiggles side to side on the X and Z axi.The water cooler part works great but only cools a certain amount of water at a time. It's usually back to tap temperature if you fill a big 30-40oz water bottle. If the faucet part was sturdier I would definitely give this product a 5 star rating.

Crispy cold water!
I was looking for a solution to both filter and cool the water, and other products are only a huge countertop unit or freestanding device. So glad to find that little guy at a fraction of the cost!Drilling a 1" hole in the countertop was a little scary, but I managed to do it myself. The entire device is hidden under the sink and absolutely quiet. Love it!

Cold purified water! Yay!
Finally, no more warm water from the tap! Product packed very well. Installation was a breeze (just used an existing hole in the countertop), the product looks and works as expected. Stainless faucet looks much better compared to more expensive alternatives.

Awesome unit a few considerations
Great product should have got one years ago works better than expected and the water is delicious. It only comes with 1/2” connections so plan on purchasing some other parts if you have 3/8”. Also the outlet under my sink is controlled by a switch for the garage disposal. So I have to leave the switch on and unplug the disposal until I rewire the outlet. Didn’t even think about this till install
