This is a great little watch. It keeps great time consistently. The hands and dial illuminate in darkness. It has been consistently on my wrist , shower, pool, ocean. It is durable and tough.

UPDATE....After writing my review below, someone from this company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement watch. I am impressed with their commitment to keeping customers satisfied.I bought this watch a year ago and it still works. However, the background light no longer works. It stopped a couple months ago. This is frustrating as the light is the reason I bought the watch. I will be looking for a new watch now.

Bought this watch for my year old daughter. She has had it for a year now. The watch fits well. It is light and comfortable. The light works well and she has used it in the pool and has help up in the water. It has held up pretty good. However, the watch band has started to discolor and turn a brown purple. The time has to be adjusted about every two weeks as it looses time by a few min. For the price that we paid we are happy with the watch. Not 5 stars for the items mentioned above.

I put this watch through the wash by mistake and it survived fine!!!! ;DBattery for backlight lasts about a year with constant usage.. Not bad for such a low costing watch!!! Gotten some nice compliments even which has really surprised me! ;D .. I'm a brunette lady using this for work, but gave an extra one (same light pink color) to my male red-headed coworker and he's been getting compliments like crazy!!!My biggest heartache = The band does get dirty relatively quickly, which is a bummer, and I don't know how to change it on this watch. Need strong spray cleaners or to constantly be scrubbing after usage to keep the dirty-look at a minimum.It's also very hard to get the battery out at the year turnover. A miniscule philippe screwdriver is needed, smaller than anything I've ever seen or have.The back IS NICKLE, so if you have a nickle allergy like I do, you're going to have to put some tape over it.5 stars because for its cost & what it does = I loved and ordered another one until I can figure out how to unscrew the back, and whiten the band.

Would give it zero stars if I could! Watch arrived & looked cheap but as a nuirse I live by my watch! Mine had broken & looking online quickly, I didn't see any I really liked but just needed one to get by briefly so figured what did I have to lose.You get what you pay for is all I can say lol. Watch is a few months old now (no, I still havent gotten to store!) & it really is dirty-like it absorbed every bit of dirt there is. Worst of all, I cant find anything that will remove the dirt (tried dawn, 409/other degreasers, etc but nothing seems to clean it back to its original color. Oh well, again, got maybe 1 month of good color & use out of it!

My daughter liked the watch and the light is effective. However, it stopped working after 10 months. Nowhere in the description does it tell what type of battery to purchase for replacement. Because we bought it over 1 year ago, we can’t return it. We want to put in a new battery so the watch works again.

I bought this because I got tired of having to recharge my smart watch every other day. This is waterproof and has an LED light button so when I wake up in the middle of the night, it’s very easy to see what time it is. It’s great and I never have to take it off.
