This is an excellent all purpose utility knife, suitable for almost any purpose. Size, shape, sharpness, all near perfect. Covers 90% of my needs with meat, fish, salads....Easy to sharpen. Very durable, this is my second one, the first one was used for about 9 years until got damaged. In short, Arcos make a great knife for a very affordable price.

Another reviewer had mentioned that he had achieved consistent 1 cm slices with this bread knife. I also achieved very thin slices with this knife, making perfect crostini a breeze. This size knife is best for small to medium loaves of bread, and it is a pleasure to use. I have always liked Arcos knives. They are sharp tools which handle so precisely, and they are very economical!

The knife is well made and sharp. Lightweight, comfortable handle. A great value for the price.

Perfect so far. Able to get almost see-through slices of smoked salmon, which is what I purchased it for. The edge is quite sharp out of the box, but having only used it once, I cannot speak to the durability, or edge retention. Grip is comfortable length exactly right.

Good knife.

the love of my life really enjoy the knife he rarely praise things but he whispered to himself "nice knife" when cutting some veggies, it was like christmas ha ha ha guess it fits his hand pretty good am enjoying it as well for the fact it is made in spain, sharp, good quality however on my petite hand, it feels bit awkward ,, bit big, maybe glad my spouse really enjoy it we bought 2 types from arcos, the vegetable knife (5 inch) fit my hand better overall we both enjoy arcos, good quality

It has very good material and good edge

This knife does not cut straight! I would return it, but it is not returnable. It is worth zero stars. Buyer Beware!!

La lama no taglia bene !

No idea how this passed QC before shipping because most knife handles had scratches and dents. The handle material is cheap with unpolished tang sticking out. The rivets looked poorly aligned with gaps around them. The blades themselves were fine and came quite sharp, so I suppose the knives are functional.

Das Messer ist gut verarbeitet . Die Klingenform u. länge finde ich optimal . Die Klinge ist aus einem guten Stahl u. hält lange die schärfe . Ich habe die Schneide noch mal auf Leder abgezogen um feinste Grate zu entfernen . Ich habe noch mehr Arcos Messer u. kann diese nur empfehlen , weil auch Preis-Leistung stimmt .
