This is just the knife I was looking for. Perfect size, beautifully balanced and as sharp as a razor. I chose this AUS8 steel knife over an AUS10 blade because it is just as good for my requirements but is much easier on the maintenance, as AUS8 can be honed on my honing steel, whereas an AUS10 blade would require a ceramic or diamond dust honing rod, which I have little interest in purchasing. It came in a beautiful box that is very suitable as a gift that anyone would be very pleased to receive.I now have this knife as well as the 5-inch utility knife along with a TUO honing rod that compliments them. It is only a matter of time before I add a Nakiri and a Santoku knife from the same series to my collection. I can't imagine finding a better quality knife for the $28 this cost me. It was a real bargain!

Cut myself twice and it sliced like butter. Love the knife, looks great and feels great. I got one for my Christmas gift exchange and it was a huge hit, everyone wanted it.

I bought this knife to prep my veggies etc etc . The presentation of the this item is very good , came in a sturdy box and a cloth branded to wipe off water stains . It’s well balance for me works great . I like the design I have on it too . It’s a wonder product . It’s very sharp make prepping a breeze.
