Works well, great for small cutout. Make sure you know the size of your cutout on your wall, this is ~6” in diameter.

Difficulties Installing
The setup on our unit was completely different than any that we had seen in numerous YouTube videos and all the help videos for the nest. Ended up buying the nest connector because we didn't have the c wire, and still had to hire someone to come set it up. Ended up sending the cwire back because the technician fixed it somehow. I got it hoping it would save money on our power bill, but if anything I think it has made it go up.
