This is a great set of scissors ! Replacing some we had for the kitchen from a few decades ago. Plus the set comes with some other household scissors and flower shears by one of the best knife makers around. Got a great deal on them too. Dishwasher safe & comes with a lifetime warranty.

Points and curve great for getting into small spaces.Only negative thing is spring is too heavy duty. It fights against you too hard while using. My hands and forearm muscles are tired after trimming fat off 10 chicken thighs.

I was using regular kitchen Shears but these Shears are meant for cutting through bones. The little notch in the Shears are perfect for just that. Only regrets, not buying these any sooner. Highly recommend!

Well-made,great scissors for the kitchen.

This thing works great, strong, sharp blades that make quick work of spatchcocking chicken. Can handle turkey as well. My one issue is that the blade locking mechanism is activated too easily, it frequently locks itself while using which is frustrating. Overall, would still recommend.

These scissors are very sturdy. I use for raw and roasted meats.

I bought these about 5 months ago to replace a cheap set from IKEA. These are truly a multi functional set of scissors. My wife recently used them to open a really tight lid on a pickle jar. I had tried for 5 minutes y hand and using a tea towel for added grip but unsuccessful, 30 seconds later my wife tells me “it’s off”. I look over to see her using the lid grip feature built into the handle. They keep their edge and are a really nice set of scissors. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new pair.

I bought these for cutting up whole chickens and they've never failed me. These were significantly easier than the ones I was using previously.
