It is all natural, it is olive oil. Warms up and runs out so wipe excess off ear and face/chin. Used on children, so no noticable difference so I cannot vouch for pain relief.

My daughter always gets swimmers ear after swimming. I use this after she swimming and she hasn't had it again since! I just don't like how you have to warm it up. I'm not gonna warm the bottle in hot water like it lists as one of the options each time so do the 2nd option and I drop some on a plate since I don't have anything smaller and microwave it. But it's whatever, it works and that's what matters!
