Captain America: Symbol Of Truth Vol. 1 - Homeland

One thing I didn't like about the last Sam Wilson series was was all the politics involved in the stories. It's not quite as bad here, hopefully they tone it down at least a little bit.It is a well written story, though, and R.B. Silva's art has improved since I first saw it in Superboy. Sam Wilson is a great character, especially if written right. This has all the makings of a great series, as long as we don't have to read about politics every issue.

Intriguing Start
In short, issues 1-6 are a solid start to an overarching story. I found it interesting how the “Wakanda Forever” demonstrators were used as the “Hebrew Israelites” of the real world to get American citizens to “Go Back To Africa”. Didn’t agree with Sam fighting T’Challa. Those points aside this is probably the most entertaining solo run for Sam Wilson in comics.
