I got these for my Mother because she was to be serving meals during her siblings family reunion. I thought this would limit stress and give her peace of mind to keep food warm with not worries so she could enjoy time with family. The items came damaged because the box appeared to be crushed in transit. I contacted Amazon about the issue because now we were in a time crunch if we had to wait for seller to resolve the issue. I decided to just buy another set so that we would have the item with plenty of time while I waited to hear from the seller. The second item came undamaged. The seller had contacted me back in a very reasonable time I know before the next item arrived. She refunded my initial item price and said that I did not have to return the item which saved me A LOT of headache!! Just don’t find service like this often. The set is hands down 100% worth the price! Easy to transport, set up, use, break down and clean. The utensils were great and all the extra pans just made it so simple and easy for my Mom. 1000% recommended!

Great serving pieces for large parties. Love the 2 different size capabilities too depending on food being served. Stores easily after cleanup for next party. Sturdy, durable.

Worth buying. Good quality.

It's okay I guess. Does what it says but the quality leaves much to be desired. Probably won't last very long. Being realistic here.

this is a nice set and has a good grouping for the buffet warmer. the only thing is the warming cans are only 2.5 hour runtime. but it's enough to get you started. definitely buy some 6 hour cans for backup like I did. you'll need 3-4 cans per buffet warmer for an all day event like Xmas party, which is what I bought this set for. good buy, price is reasonable. two thumbs up
