Philips TUV PL-S 13W/2P Germicidal Light Bulb

Philips has listed this as no ozone odor UVC lamp. Lamp functions well as UVC lamp but there is ozone odor detected during use. I own a Ushio UVC 9 watt and there is less ozone odor in that model/brand than the Phillips. Now the Phillips is 13 watt and I don't know if that plays in the role of increased ozone odor.
