Fluffy and easy to make pancakes
Okay, folks. These Morinaga pancakes are awesome. I have been buying them for a year now and they are always good. Easy to make, fluffy and tasty. They come in premeasured pouches. Pouring the batter onto the griddle from about 8 inches enhances the fluffiness. We love them with fresh fruit and honey. Try them !!!!

Great mix
Visted Japan and loved their fluffy pan cakes. I wanted to recreate this delicious dish. Found this mix with great reviews. 1bag has 4 individual packets, each packet makes 4 pancakes. I Used an electric skillet to maintain steady heat. Came close to what I experienced in Japan

So good but directions not in English
Just add one egg and 100ml of milk whisk and then add one packet and wisk some more . They are sooo fluffy and sweet enough not to even need syrup !

Thick, fluffy, and sweet
I used google translate for directions, there were 2 different options on how to make them, but you can also find a video on youtube or its listed in the other reviews multiple times. They were just as easy to make as regular US boxed pancake mix and SO YUMMY! definitely thicker and sweeter than regular US pancakes. The price isnt exactly low, but I got 2 packs with multiple smaller packages (I forget if it has 2 or 3 bags of mix per package, but each bag of mix makes at least 3 nice fluffy cakes!)

Delicious Japanese Soufflé Pancakes
After trying genuine Japanese soufflé pancakes at a cafe when visiting St. Paul, MN, I often crave them. I ordered this mix and couldn't be happier I did. The soufflé pancakes turned out absolutely delicious and very much like the authentic ones I've had before! Some helpful tips: 1) purchase 4" ring molds to keep the batter in a perfect soufflé shape while cooking; 2) brush the inside of the molds with oil & they will easily remove; 3) use a non-stick pan but don't use oil or butter to grease the pan or the pancakes will brown too much; 4) pre-heat the pan on medium but then turn to low heat and cook each side approximately 2-3 minutes; 5) 1 packet of mix will make 2 large soufflé pancakes - 1 pancake is plenty for 1 person (I made 2 each for me & my husband and we were full after the 1st pancake). People say these are too expensive; but a unique & delicious breakfast for 2 using 1 packet comes out to $2.50, so I'm not sure what kind of math they are doing....must be the new kind :-)

A little bit pricey
Makes very tasty and fluffy pancakes! A little bit pricey but worth the money if your family love pancakes. Each small bag can make 3 medium pancakes. Can be used as cake mix too. I’m glad to find this on Amazon.

Yummy
These are some of the most delicious pancakes ever. They are super light and airy. They are sweeter than regular pancakes and I think are great with just butter. The packets make the perfect amount of pancakes in my opinion. For anyone wanting to skip finding the directions in English:Whisk one egg and 100ml of milk in a bowl until nice and fluffy/airy.Mix in one pancake mix packet. Cook like normal pancakes.Super easy.
