The content of the book is great however there are no page numbers shown or given as an option by Kindle. This makes it very difficult to use the book when you are assigned page numbers to ready since there is no frame of reference. Otherwise a very good read.

The e-book needs page numbers. I had to use Chegg to keep up with my class assignments. The material in this books is general information about defense budgeting and financial management.
