How does your orthowedge forefoot off-loading healing shoe compare to the darco brand? i have constant diabetic foot sores and the darco brand is crap

My husband uses this for off-loading a post toe amputation and he loves it. He has a difficult time with a regular shoe. It is definitely durable. Hope this helps.

what's the equivalent on shoe sizes for medium or small?

The sizing chart asks for you to measure the length of the foot, not to go by shoe size for this shoe. The foot length measurements for the size SMALL is 8.5"-9.3" and the MEDIUM is 9.3"-10".

If you got two of these, could you walk normally? Exercise?

In my opinion, you could not. It is pretty unstable to walk on and would probably cause a person to fall or twist one or both ankles. Your weight has to be toward the back to keep the shoe flat. Leaning forward a bit tends to cause the front of the shoe to rapidly come down the 2 or 3 inches the front of the foot is in the air and slap the ground. Having that happen while wearing this on both feet would not have a good result. Also, due to the height, sideways movement could result in a twisted ankle or worse.
