I was satisfied with the delivery service and packaging, but the product itself fell short of my expectations. Having used this product before, I remembered it being incredibly soft and moisturizing, giving my skin a radiant glow. Unfortunately, the current version has a more normal, water-like texture that doesn't provide the same level of moisturization. I live in Australia, and product got shipped from India. I was really waiting for Ponds to arrive, but when it came the quality of product made me regret buying it. Giving 3 stars only because of delivery service.

I have been using it for more than 3 years now. I found it more effective than the other moisturising creams I had used earlier, When one ordering through Amazon they tend to send smaller packs than 300ML. It irks chatting with AMAZON agent. Ofcoure for sending wrong package of less quantity Amazon refunds your order amount

Do not order. The bottle was broken and all Cream was spilled. Not returnable product so they should have double check in quality. waste of money.
