Fits Breville BE, but holes are too big and/or too far apart. Stuff toothpicks into the extra holes
When I first received these I was excited to try them, but the results were very disappointing. BE doesn't have the power to drive these 3 or 4 hole nozzles. I can't find a 2 hole version to fit (thread pitches are too big for BE). However, I finally realized that I could easily modify either one of these to make a two hole nozzle: just stuff a toothpick into the extra holes (the ones that end up near the top after you screw the nozzles into the wand). This increases the pressure available to the remaining 2 holes and gives a better steam distribution than the OEM single hole nozzle.

I suggest looking somewhere else for the Barista Express
I was excited to try these, but I don't think the manufacturer are coffee people. They just put holes and threads in some steel and called it a product. The fact is that the Breville Barista Express is a weak steamer. It just can't build the pressure, so they use a one-hold nozzle which limits the airflow coming out and can help to build up some pressure and exhaust speed. So what happens when you put four equally large holes in a new nozzle? Slow airflow, massive bubbles, and not enough movement to reintegrate anything. I mean, I feel like I could do better by blowing bubbles out of a straw!!In theory, it's a great product - it even looks nice! But in reality, it's an untested paperweight. I was too late to return it, too. Good thing it was cheap.

Does not make milk frothing more easier
Tried these steam nozzle and these does not make milk frothing easier, the steam came out very weak and the foam it produces is not very good as well.

Not great
Honestly I had a hard time controlling the different variables with streaming the milk, getting a good spin was the hardest.

Great upgrade that fits Breville Dual Boiler (BES920XL)
These worked and fit great for my machine! Seems like people are running into compatibility issues for the Breville Barista Express which I can’t speak to, but these worked really well with my Breville dual boiler model. The 4 hole tip makes steaming much quicker, but also a bit more challenging because you have a smaller “window” to reach your desired milk texture. Haven’t messed with the angled 3hole tip yet, though it also does fit my machine. May update review down the way

Head for frothing milk
Nice enhancement to frothing milk. The extra holes add a lot to. Adding milk with a great froth. Easy to install.

3-Hole holes are a little too far on the outer rim
Using this for cafe style steaming is a little bit difficult to do with so much distance between the holes. In the pictures, it looks like it would be ideal if the holes were closer together. Because they are so spaced out it’s harder to steam than it is with one hole. So… if you want to try the dual 3 and 4 hole tips option I think you should probably do that because then would be able to resell the one that doesn’t work for you or give it to someone to try. I wish I would have bought the combo of 3 and 4 hole tips….. sad face
