Genuine Acura 72684-SEP-A01ZB Door Lock Cover, Rear, Left

Easy install as noted by others (if all you have to replace is the black plastic piece)There is a metal plate behind the plastic. What happened to me (and it seems others) was that the plastic piece fell off, but the metal piece remained screwed in.If you have to replace the metal piece you would have to go in behind the door.If you just have to replace the plastic, then unclip it from the metal backing you receive, and clip it onto the metal piece on your car. I didn't hear a satisfying "click" when I put it in, but it seems to have latched on just fine.

I only needed the plastic cover, I removed this from the iron part to paint of my car's color and put some strong gum to avoid loose it again.

Popped right in...it came with the metal insert that the plastic attaches to, but my car was just missing the plastic... popped right in...My 2007 Acura TL is like a very dark midnight blue, looks black pretty much, not sure the actual color, but you cant even notice the difference on the handle.

The original pieces broke away from the car and I was able to just put the plastic piece on and I just put a little glue to hold it

Replaced my stock cover perfectly. I found it easier to just replace the black cover versus the whole thing. Cheap fix to an ugly problem.

I'm happy with it. It's been more then 3 months and it's all good has not fallen so that's good.
