Q: What's the difference between this brush and a "wedge brush"?

The Beste Fountain Brush set are wedge brushes. The manufacturer gave their brushes that name - Fountain Brush. My instructor, Jen Sweeney, prefers these because of how the brushes work with watercolor/gouache when making the flowers, etc. Each instructor/artist has individual preferences which materials to use, which works best for them.

Q: Is there a youtube or website which has the cd with instructions? . i do not have a cd player!

Yes there are lots of YouTube videos that in my opinion are way better than the CD that accompanied the brushes! Just jump on YouTube!
