Seven Wonders Book 2: Lost in Babylon
After the first book, I doubted that book 2 could be as good as the first one. I was wrong. Seven Wonders book 2 was full of humour, action and mysteries. I swallowed the book in one day. Peter Lerangis truly is a talented writer! I recomand this book to all young teens and adults age 10-100! There is lots of action and no page is boring. Amazing!

WOW
Dang. This was an AWESOME book! There's a ton of humor that mainly comes from Marco. But it is the funniest book I've read in years! (And I've read the Percy Jackson series) Plus, there are so many twists and shocks I can't help but read WAY longer then I should. It's just really great And I can't wait till the next book.

The first half was full of awesome adventure, the second half was a bit slow.
I read this book with my son and it was a decent read. I enjoyed the first half of the book when Jack, Cass, Ally, and Marco journey into a sort of time rift of old Babylon. This was very cool and it was neat to learn about the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. The second part of the book was a bit more boring as we deal with the Massa. There is a lot of losing and refinding the Loculi which felt kind of repetitive. The kids are struggling a lot with whom to trust, the Karai Institute or the Massa.I enjoy that there is a lot of adventure and some humor in these books. Me and my son both find them to be fairly engaging reads. They are not our favorite books, but they are fun all the same. I do like the conversation and humor a lot; it just makes the books more fun to read out loud.Overall a good continuation of this series. I would recommend to middle grade readers who love action and adventure novels. I think adults might get a bit bored with the repetitive plot, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend for adults. We will most likely continue with this series because my son seems to enjoy it.

I did enjoyed them all
Again, I did not realize these were written for junior readers. I did enjoyed them all. No junior reader here. Just an old reader who appreciates well written stories. Walter After I read the first one I bought the series. That should let you know that this oldster appreciated well written stories. Well done Mr Lerangis.

Fabulous read!
I bought this book for my 18-year-old son, who read the first book in this series in what seemed like minutes! He absolutely loved it, so we waited impatiently for this one to arrive. He devoured this book as well, with its wonderful character development and intriguing story line. A good investment!

Awesome
I thought this book awesome sequel to the first. There were like 2 major plot twists, the one with Daria and the one with Marco(sorry if spoiler). If u don't know me I think plot twists are the same essential blood of an interesting storyline. There was a cliffhanger at this end like at the end of Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan, but it is not as serious. For example in the Mark of Athena, Percy and Annabeth were LITERALLY hanging off a cliff about to fall into Tartarus, or h-e-double hockey sticks if you will. Action filled book would definitely recommend.

good sequal
good sequel, these are NO WHERE near the level of the Kane Chronicles, or Percy Jackson. But these are good and are a bit different. I like them and are looking forward to the next one, these are formulaic but not the highest level, they are exciting and I have had a great time, I just think it could be a tighter story, things happen that seem to be convenient, too much drama between who is the good guy and it leaves you unsure. I like them but they could be better (I know I have said it twice lol) but its true.

Unexpected pleasure
I was looking for a read aloud book for my students and saw the reviews for this series. I pre-read the first book, ordered and read the second and have already pre-ordered the third, and all selfishly. (My students also enjoy it so far.) The characters are interesting and the story line has enough excitement and twists and turns to keep the reader wanting more. The creative use of the Seven Wonders and Atlantis as the center of the mystery is also a draw for me. I would highly recommend this series, especially if you enjoyed the Percy Jackson books.
