Taste ok ok, smell good, make pasta delicious

I liked the spice combination for this version of pizza sauce base. It should be noted that it has a little spice intensity with chilli peppers maybe to accomodate the Indian flavor pallete. I am a Westerner and love my New York style pizza and always add extra parmesan cheese and red chilli pepper so the extra flavor of this sauce was perfect for me. If you prefer a more bland balance just add fresh diced tomatos and it will dilute tone down the flavor... this also adds a marinara freshness when done this way. In my opinion either way this is a good product and value.

The sauce was fine for people who like not too spicy and tomato flavoured pasta .👍 But who are looking for spicy pasta taste then they may not like it .The sauce is on sweeter side but it's good and it's flavous can be enhanced by adding pasta sesoning😊.
