The MiricaleIce Migraine Relief Hat has been a welcome addition to my arsenal for fighting headaches. I keep mine in the freezer (stored in the recloseable bag) to get the maximum cooling effect. Even out of the freezer the gel packs do not freeze solid which makes it very comfortable to wear, even laying down. The fabric has enough stretch to fit comfortably but not feel tight. Worn completely pulled down over the face, it blocks out virtually all light which is exactly what I need when I have one of those 4 letter word headaches. This thing is a winner.

Where has this product been?!?!? I’ve had headaches all my life, with recurring migraines really causing me trouble. My symptoms include super sensitivity to light and the only way to really remedy the pain is with a cold bath rag on my forehead. Problem is, it’s never really cold enough and an ice pak is just too cold and rigid, which causes even more frustration. This product works WONDERFULLY! The gel paks are nice and cold without being unbearably ice cold. And the way they’re fit into the headpiece works great, as it envelopes my entire head distributing the cold evenly. The little ziplock bag that comes with the headpiece sure is handy, too, as it can go right into the freezer without collecting any food smells. Sounds trivial but was just an added pleasing point for me. I’ve only had to use this a handful of times, but so far, SUPER pleased with the outcomes. It’s convenient to store, gets cold really quickly, and is actually comfortable. Would highly recommend to any headache sufferers out there.

I am very satisfied with this item. I just used it once and it covers the area of some of my headaches. Easy to use.

Placement of the icepack and stretch of the cap arr perfect

This cap offers some relief. Because it covers your head it feels like a nice hug. What I like about it is that, I don’t have to hold it while im trying to rest. I have other several different things in my freezer (gel eye mask, the original bed buddy & an herb pillow), and they all work great too but those things have to be held. The cap doesn’t take away a migraine but lessens the pressure a bit and lessening any discomfort is better than none. I would recommend this product. I even bought one for my daughter who gets worst migraines than I do.

This does not freeze solid. My daughter suffers with migraines and had a different brand that froze solid which yielded longer cool time granted It was double the price but it yielded better results. This stayed cool all of 10 minutes.

Outstanding product. And it came at exactly the right time. I bought this for my daughter who has suffered with migraines for years and tried numerous products that didn't or only partially worked. Two days after the Headache hat arrived she had a migraine and used it for the first time. She said it worked better and faster than any of the other remedies she's tried, and that's a lot. It was great to see her smile at her relief. She also says she plans to take it to her support group and let everyone there know about it as well. She loves it and I could not be happier with this product. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed. The gel / ice stays in a liquid form. It does not take long for the cap to lose its icy cold feeling. That is why I ordered this cap in addition to the one I have now, to have one to swap out as I experience migraines that last all day. This version does not stay cold as long as my other cap.
