This brace was easy to put on once I figured it out and kept my foot in exactly the right position. I use this in the evenings when I am sitting to watch tv or on the computer. Comfortable enough to sleep in, but impossible to walk in for trips to the bathroom. I have a different brace for that.

Not that comfortable to wear for any extended period of time even after manipulating the metal rib to conform to top of foot. Does help to stop drop foot when going up stairs.

I never thought I could concur this pain. Every morning it would hurt every step I took. After 3 days of wearing this at night, the pain was gone. I have worn it every night since and I am so relieved to have this problem solved.
