Do I feel like this helps me on my keto journey? Sure. I feel like it helps my energy levels and I will continue to use the product. HOWEVER. No one has mentioned the smell. I feel it is my duty as an American to warn you: as soon as you open the bottle, be prepared for a stench that I can only describe as a can of tuna that a cat urinated in that was then left to bake in the sun for 27 days. Also, after taking, pray to whatever God you pray to that you don't burp for the next 90 minutes because it tastes like it smells and you will get to relive that. So there's that. Other than that fabulous product.

Been taking about a week, easy to swallow. I do notice some burping afterwards but its raspberry so not too bothersome and only lasts a little bit. Ive had good ketones but not sure how much this is actually contributing. Seems to help with appetite suppresssion. Overall satisfied, good value.

3 stars because I keep receiving bottles with broken capsules inside. Powder everywhere and reduces the number of servings per bottle. That being said, definitely the best keto multivitamin I've ever tried. No Keto flu and reduces cramps significantly. I only wish I could purchase these locally so I didn't have to have them shipped and receive broken capsules, but worth it anyway.

Causes severe stomach pain and cramps. That’s with only 1 pill in the morning. The manufacturer recommends 3 pills at a time. That dosage would surely kill me after long enough. Do not take this.

I'll admit, last year was rough, and I all but abandoned my keto lifestyle. Each time I would try to get back on track, I would get derailed by stress eating (I'm raising my 3 year old grandson) and more so by keto flu. The fatigue was really the toughest part for me. But now, with the help of these vitamins, I've made it through the first week without any keto flu at all. I intermittently fast 6/18, and eat 2 times during my 6 hours. I take 2 with one meal and 1 with the other. No issues taking them at all. I don't find the smell any more offensive than other vitamins, and I don't taste anything at all (VERY easy to swallow capsules), no gross burps. I often will have mild gastro issues or constipation when restarting my keto, and I haven't experienced any of that. I don't know if the vitamins helped me with that too, but probably! Oh and taking these helped me stay sharp, alert, no fatigue or brain fog. I kicked butt at work this week!! Basically I'm sold, and I'm adding them to a monthly subscription. I'm a 55 year old woman trying to keep a sharp brain and healthy body. I feel like these, along with my ketogenic lifestyle, are a great way to keep me on that path.
