This is an overall great teapot, nice weight and size, but after a few uses, leaving it out to cool off, the top rim of it is starting to rust, which is really sad. It heats well, keeps warmth good. Otherwise I like it.

it's a small tea kettle so what is there not to like or complain about. It is heavy since it is cast iron but I love it. I only need a 2 cup pot so this works beautifully and I love how it looks. I am happy with my purchase. Also, the covering on the handle does work to keep from burning your hand when pouring the water out.

I received this kettle a little while ago and have been consistently using it to make tea for hubby and I. The design is beautiful and the quality is fantastic. It provides just the right amount of heat to make tea. For those that have not tried brewing tea in a kettle, I recommend that you try it. Makes your tea taste way better.

It looks cool but you need an oven mitt to pour, easy to boil over, I guess if you wanted to boil water over a campfire this would work but after using I bought a 10 dollar whistling pot which I will use as my mainstay. This will be put in a cabinet and probably forgotten about
