Good simple, functional planner
I like this planner because it has some room in it for goals and measurements, and other than that it is pretty simple. You won't get lost in all of the other stuff some planners offer. It also has plenty of room for exercises and does up to 4 sets. I will purchase again when this one is filled up.

Just what I needed.
This is an excellent fitness planner. Very easy to use, lines for all exercises you do, boxes to fill in weights, number of reps, etc. Its so important to stay consistent, and to remember what you did in the last few workouts. When you went up on weights, how much, did you do all reps with each set on “heavy” days. I was keeping up on a spiral notebook. This is so much better.
