The bottle is great i shake my pre and protein in it and it shakes well.The pre is dangerously good it has beta alinine so you will start to itch a bit in hands and face but it will go away in 15-30 mins. Thats if u take the pre before leaving home . If u take the pre inside the gym and atart working out immediately it wont be a problem.

Tastes great and gives me a good pump at the gym. Don't be tempted to double scoop that it messes u up.

Hi everyone I’ve got this product twice now as it’s so good amazing clean preworkout that gets them extra reps and gives a nice pump I do get a little itchy from it (this is because of the beta-alanine) definitely the best pre workout I have tried to date the shaker feels sturdy and doesn’t leak for me I would have preferred the black shaker instead of the blue but it’s not a big deal it also came with some free extra vitamin B and come with some ashwagandha gummies

I've tried a lot of pre workout over the years and this is a great all round pump / stimAlso had some free samples and a pack of sweets which is a nice touch - top companyWill buy again

Flavour is very nice but the bottle leaks.

Great to try a new brand, came with everything he needed and some samples! He was chuffed.

Over the years I have tried many, many pre-workouts but never had a great experience. Some were too intense with a massive crash at the end causing headaches. This however is like none I've used before. The hit is gradual and clean, not a sudden rush or itchy skin. The intensity is just right and certainly helps with sustained concentration and energy.

Great pre workout. I would go and buy just the preworkout as the bottle it comes with is poor. it doesn't even have a transparent fill line on the side of the bottle to see how much liquid is left.
