Nice flavor. But my friend got it for cheaper and the Shaker that came with it is not the same as the pictures. It's shorter.

If you decide to choose this item for the great offer that comes along with it just know that the advertisement is misleading you with pictures of what seems to be a very decent shaker bottle but what you get is much smaller, simpler and it does not even compare with what's been advertised. Thus constituting in misleading advertisement which is an offence punishable by law.

I love this pre workout my 4th batch, can't get enough of it haven't tried this sour apple yet but I'm sure it will be nice, the bottle is good I like it, saw a bad review about the bottle saying it poo as can't see how much water is left you can feel how much is left so ignore that review.Best stuff on the market and get a good free bottle!!!!

I've tried and tested this product.Flavour buddy Berry is 1 of the best up there.I'm pretty immune to pre workouts but this 1 is up there with the best on the market.. Great value great taste and even better a bonus free jug

Over the years I have tried many, many pre-workouts but never had a great experience. Some were too intense with a massive crash at the end causing headaches. This however is like none I've used before. The hit is gradual and clean, not a sudden rush or itchy skin. The intensity is just right and certainly helps with sustained concentration and energy.

The water bottle ABE in black looks very cool and leak proof . The pre workout is great gives you the kick you need . Can be very nauseous though . Try to start with half the amount initially for few days to a week and take a small snack with it to reduce the nausea.otherwise a really good pre workout if you need it .

I got strawberry mojito and I like strawberries but I don’t really like mojito so that little bit of fizziness it gives is not my vibe but it’s not so fizzy that it would put me off completely and it disappears quickly so I don’t regret my choice.It definitely gives a kick and I feel tingling in my finger tips and face so I know that’s the time to action and produce some burn and strength. There is 200mg of caffeine in one scoop, I take only half at times because I take preworkout daily, my addiction to caffeine is oscillating.It dissolves fine but there can be a leftover of some acidic crystals undissolved at the bottom.I love the black shaker! Small and compact. Easy to wash - specifically the rounded bottom. I don’t care that I can’t see clearly the measurements for the liquid because I am not a control freak (at least not in this aspect).I will look forward to trying a different flavour next time (without the fizz).
