I love this product! It's definitely one of my favs and I love this brand, especially since it's a smaller establishment compared to like Amino Acid and I like supporting local and small businesses. It also didn't make me crash afterwards like some preworkouts do once the caffeine wears off.HOWEVER, the taste is not for everyone. I personally liked it but I know many would find it very sour and unpleasant. I have always been the type to lean towards sour stuff so that is just me.

I hated the taste of this. It tasted like medicine-just not good at all. I gave it to a friend and she hated it too.

I have tried a few times now but I just can not use this stuff. I do not even know how to explain what it tastes like. The little bit of benefits if any are not worth choking down a glass of this stuff. I will discard the remaining.Updated 1-11-24Although this product did not meet my expectations the company is top notch. They reached out after my review and provided a full refund and some free samples of other stuff to try. They are definitely worth giving a try with how they stand by there product.

Love that the green tea leaf as the ONLY source of caffeine. Caffeine from coffee gives me a JOLT and a crash but this sustains my energy for the whole day. That is not easy to find! It is not the tastiest preworkout (those flavors and sweetness that you’ll find in others comes from lots of artificial ingredients and artificial sweeteners) but with that being said, after the second day of trying this I actually didn’t mind the flavor and like it now. It tastes like strawberry lemonade for sure. Love that it has a healthy dose of electrolytes as well. I hope they didn’t discontinue this! I had to go on their website to purchase and it was for 30% off (i took that as a red flag, fingers crossed that they don’t discontinue)

Wow. This is certainly a good price, if you can stomach the taste. I need to mix in some other flavor to get it down.

I like the ingredients in the preworkout. Solid caffeine content and good all around electrolyte mix...but the taste is AWFUL.I hate to say that but it's true. I ended up mixing this with another lemonade/iced tea mix to make it palatable. After I did that it was great!But honestly, if you have to mix it with something else to make it drinkable it's a mediocre mix at best. Buy for the price, but know you'll need an add in for a better flavor.Update 3/28/24The sellers did contact me and offered a refund for the product due to my dissatisfaction which is major kudos to them! Five stars on their part! I still think the product itself is 3 star worthy so I won't be changing the product rating, but the company themselves is 5 star in my book for customer service and standing by there product.

It is a top quality product. Moreover, at a very affordable price. I have tried many products of this type and this one is the best. I will definitely continue to purchase this product in the future. I highly recommend!

This product is trash. It tastes like the worst most disgusting thing I have ever tasted! It doesn't even help to hold your nose to get paste this putrid powder. On top of that it does not work. Not a single benefit was felt. So on day 2 I doubled the dosage since apparently this does not qualify for a return, and still no effect. i WANT A REFUND. BUT SINCE I CAN'T HAVE ONE, I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHAT A SCAM THIS PRE-WORKOUT POWDER IS. DO NOT BUY!!!! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.
