The media could not be loaded. We bought the oval 20ft x 12ft x 4ft deep pool. We sank half of it into the ground so it looks fabulous. They are much stronger than they look. The cover is useless. Doesn't fit and flimsy.We actually used it as a weed barrier instead. It would be best to invest in the sand filter and stronger pump. I would recommend an automatic pool cleaner for this pool. The filter gets dirty quickly. The ladder is sturdy. We bought the floating dispenser to make life easier. Only had it a few weeks.With the oval one you can do continuous lengths so it's fab for adults. Fab buy.

Great size family pool. Good quality, sturdy quick enough to set up. 30 ish minutes. The first time😜 The ladder 2 hours lol. 2 days to fill with water. Youtube set up video. The Last bestway 15ft round pool I had lasted 10 years. I expect similar.

What I dislike is the cover does not fit the top of the pool is all cracking the filter pump is way to small what I love is the size how deep it is best way you need to be able to contact you as this pool will not last long as it’s all cracking on the top it’s brand new it’s a shame it’s such a big pool lots of changes a sand fillter and bigger fitting cover and why is their cracking all over the top

It has a sturdy frame, although the pool material looks like it couldn't hold the weight, it does, even with the kids playing, like kids do. The material is very strong don't be fooled, the overall design is well engineered.

The children are going to have so much fun.

the only thing that lets this down is the filter is not more powerful to more a automatic hoover

Great size and depth. Excellent sand filter system too. Took 2 of us, half hour to put together. Easy peasy. 24 hours to fill 10,000 litres. Suggest you buy a skimmer to attach to filter and plenty of chemicals to keep clean. Filter doesn’t include sand balls. Looks great! Cover took a bit to get on so suggest you tie to the poles and stretch. You’ll get the hang of it but it was like putting a single sheet on a double bed initially. Very pleased with purchase and hopefully we will enjoy this for a few years to come!
