Q: My baby is 14 pounds and 25 inches long would he fit in the 6-9 month or 12 month size?

He would fit the 6-9 month however, I am not sure he would get to wear it 2x. I would get 9mo or 12mo.

Q: It says neutral but then it also says in baby girls clothing. ????

Neutral to me meant a boy or girl could wear it.
