I am using these for my 4th and 5th grade music classes for the first time this year, and they are great. Appealing colors for kids to choose from, and the felt is both stiff enough and thick enough to work well, without being too thick. The edges are cut very cleanly, the felt is well made, and the quality of the picks seems well crafted in every way. They came in a lovely grey felt snap pouch as well. Of the 2 orders I placed--one each of the different color mixed packs--only one pick was unusable, due to not being stiff for some reason. After having read a couple of negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. Glad I took a chance on it. Will order again next year.

These felt picks are very soft compared to there felt picks zI’ve used with my ukulele. They are easy to grip, but they don’t produce a very strong sound (which might be preferable if you are using them with a group of beginners). The color is really nice, but they don’t last long, and my students are always asking for the stiffer picks.

After 1 hour, these felt picks become shredded and limp. I went through one during each jam session. I asked other uke players to try them…same experience. Suggest getting picks that are stiffer. Will not purchase again.

There should be an inner plastic core to these felt picks. They lose their firmness after a few strums. I glued a regular pick to the back side of one of these picks and fixed the problem. The idea behind a felt pick is to soften the tone of the plucked string and not flop around the string. I would not buy again.

I would not purchase again. Felt in picks is flimsey. Throwing balance away.

These picks were flimsy and when used on my use you could barely hear the cords being strung. Wouldn’t recommend. They’d probably be cute for a rainbow fish project though.
