Great little printer. Easy to set up and get going. Can print from both PC and iPhone. Had some issue configuring a non standard size label (30mm x 40mm). Contacted support and they were able to assess the problem and offer a resolution.

I will update if needed. I received this printer today and it took me about 15 minutes to get everything plugged in, app downloaded and design selected. It printed beautifully and I am very pleased with the results. I and surprised at how fast it prints and the quality of the print. I printed 400 stickers in just a few minutes. I have only used the 2x2 size so far but the test print for the 4x6 sticker was of equal quality.

I’m so angry at myself for buying this. After doing a little research (Now I wish I’d done more) and saving up for months, it turns out this printer is a total dud. I’d put it up in a yard sale but I feel too bad for whoever would end up buying it. Do you have the patience of a saint and the temperament of a sleeping koi fish? If so, I have a free label printer I can send you. Things to know before you buy: First, absolutely purchase a shipping label printer that houses the labels inside of it. Otherwise, you have a stack of labels sitting out that get wrinkled, dusty, and take up space. Yes, you could purchase a separate label holder; but why? Once you realize you must place the stack of labels a specific distance away from the printer for it to feed properly, in a delicate dance of impossible demands, you’ll wish you’d purchased something else. Second, this printer simply doesn’t successfully print labels very often. It has about 20 different error lights and messages, yet only 2 help videos — that aren’t helpful because they don’t actually solve any technical issues… The paper is loaded and prints halfway when suddenly printer doesn’t detect paper… The indicator light blinks red red, blue once, purple six times… The paper is detected but the angle is one eighth of a degree off… The printer decided it’s mad at you for placing it next to the shredder (it likes your phone dock better) and this high-maintenance mess is vengeful. About 1 out of every 50 times attempts results in a printed label. And yes, that means 49 wasted, partially printed labels. And likely an hour of your life lost to anger, regret, and questioning how all the innovation of modern society could add up to such mind-numbing waste. The power cord is huge, clunky, and old tech. This product is supposed to make life easier yet it’s so frustrating that it makes life significantly harder. It gets one star for looking nice; it’s only redeeming quality. The app is pretty functional and easy to navigate. The bluetooth connectivity is solid. And, if the thing would actually print something, there might be a chance it doesn’t end up in the dump. The world is full of beautiful things. Sadly, this isn’t one of them.

Omg! This is so easy to use. The app works great with my iPad and my iPhone. I can design labels and save them on the app for later use. I have been searching for over a year for an easy to use thermal printer and I read all the reviews good bad and ugly on multiple sites and I finally got tired of over analyzing and over thinking this and pulled the trigger. I kept reading reviews on how horrible the app was and when this was delivered I was second guessing this…boy was I wrong! I plugged it in, opened the app and wham! It immediately recognized each other and off I went. I printed my first little sticker in seconds. This is by far the best hard decision I ever made. If you’re like me, stop over analyzing and over thinking this and just do it. You’ll be glad you did.

Got the Phomemo printer on a lightening deal of some sort and the price was really attractive, compared to similarly spec'ed printers. Seems like they have a coupon if you end up buying at "full price". It's small size, good printing quality and speed, make it a great tool for label printing. I am an occasional label printer and do not use the printer for heavy duty business purposes. The only real comment I have and the reason that I am rating it at four vs. five starts is the fact that printing out of Win11 using BT does not work natively and requires using an app. I suspect all similar printers work the same, but I was a little disappointed to learn this. For this reason I listed "Easy to use" and "Easy to install" at four stars. Printer came with only few labels, which printed well. Tried to print on labels I had at home, without success. Will need to purchase new labels. Altogether, very nice printer

This is my first thermal printer and it has been an absolute ease to learn to use. Wireless connects to my phone and prints beautifully. The best product for the money. They could charge more honestly. The size is so much smaller than a full size printer. It takes up little space. Works perfect with PayPal and pirate ship. It’s perfect. You can’t go wrong with this. Quickly arrived with prime.

I really like this product. It comes packed securely from amazon and inside the box is the label printer and all the necessary cables and cords you'll need to get it hooked up. Plus instructions on how to do so, and how to connect the device to Bluetooth so you can print right from a tablet or mobile phone (no need to just use your laptop or desktop PC). Printing was great and prior to buying this device I was using a Microsoft Word document to create my labels. It was a pain. I'd enter the label information, then print out the full-size page on my printer. Then I'd need to track down the scissors and cut out the section I needed for the box I was labelling. Where's the tape? Needed to track that down, too. Taped the label to the box. Not perfect but okay. Now I just print out a beautiful 4 x 6" label on the Phomemo device and affix it to the top of the box. Perfect and simple to use. The printer doesn't even take up much room on my desk. You will need a bit of extra space behind it to hold a stack of labels but no big hassle there. Highly recommended and a pleasure to use. If you're looking for a way to generate labels quickly, easily and professionally then this is a great solution for you.

La impresora sirve perfecto, funciona sin problemas y el tamaño la hace semi-portatil. Digo semi porque se puede meter a una mochila fácilmente pero no es como que se pueda meter al bolso de una chamarra grande. La aplicación es fácil de instalar y aunque sincronizarla no es lo mas rápido del mundo, me parece sobresaliente comparado con el estándar de la tecnología genérica. La aplicación es muy fácil de usar e intuitiva, se pueden adaptar otros tipos de formatos al de las etiquetas muy fácilmente.

I love this little printer. I primarily bought it for shipping labels for my small business but it’s great for other decorative stickers as well! I’ve made custom wedding card stickers too! Prints very fast and the intensity can also be adjusted. Setup was a breeze and you can print via cable or wirelessly after setup. I’ve used the app on my phone and the desktop version and both have worked seamlessly. I had an issue (my fault) where some dirt got on the heat strip and had to contact support and they were fantastic in both response time and I found a solution quickly that was just my fault for using the machine on a dirty shop desk. Wiped it clean and it’s working perfectly again.

Hace un año compré una impresora térmica y fue un dolor de cabeza usarla y configurarla y las impresiones eran de tan baja calidad que varias veces estuvieron a punto de negarme el envío porque las letras no se distinguían bien. Pero me encontré con esta impresora y me sorprendió mucho ver que sí hay impresoras de calidad, la aplicación es tan sencilla de usar que diseñar etiquetas e imprimirlas directo de PDF se hace en unos cuantos pasos, es fácil de configurar y la calidad y nitidez de la impresión me encantó imprime perfectamente bien a la primera, yo la uso con Android Sí es un poco costosa, comparada con otras, pero a la larga hay un ahorro de tiempo y dinero
