DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
The media could not be loaded. If I could give it zero stars I would. And if I could rate my experience with the seller I would give them negative stars. Part was in my vehicle less than 3 weeks, only driven a handful of times and the part needed to be completely replaced again! Metal completely grinding together as shown in video. Seller refuses to offer any solution besides another CRAPPY part! The seller also kept asking to communicate outside of Amazon messages in regards to the situation.

Good product!
Purchased this despite what I consider to be negative reviews by incompetent people who.mist likely didn't follow the manufacturer instructions.I drive my Explorer doing Uber and put a lot of miles.on my vehicle. I've put over 7000 miles on it with this transfer case with no issues. Have a competent mechanic install it.

Does not last
Bought in December of 2023 for my sons first car as his needed replacement. A few months in after replacement and it’s making horrible noises from inside the pto and transferring down the rear drive shaft? Would love my money back

Nice part
Bought this and installed myself it is quite a job in a 2011 Explorer XLT. has 3500 miles on the unit so far no issues works as required. just make sure you add the recommended gear oil. the best part of this unit is it has a drain on the bottom for future oil changes.
