The media could not be loaded. Hi Everyone, be careful while buying this product. Pack of 3 was delivered to me on 16 May 25, it is a hair color, today on 1st June 25 I need to apply it on my hair, I opened it and found it defective, it was watery and smelly, please see the video attached. When I asked for replacement I was told the return window is closed. This being a hair color I take 3 months to use 3 bottles, I don’t open all the 3 bottles on Day 1, I open it as and when I need it. The return window on such items need to be changed. I'm given a defective product, I must get it's replacement or refund

Doesn’t do what it says! See the picture. I had high expectations keeping the reviews and the hype in mind but it’s disappointing to see that it does NOTHING!I have salt and pepper hair and the application left them exactly as they were before. Its also super PRICEY. The two stars for not causing any irritation and for the conditioner that comes with the pack i.e. very hydrating.

Ordered for my mother as she used same in the past outside india . Product details was same on Amazon india we ordered 5 pack . They sent different product with different packaging . Tried to make replica . Tried two times no results hairs remains same. Don't waste your money 👎

Check the date of manufacturing, I haven't still used product cuz it was already 3 years old, just a few months left till expiry. Recieved Jan 2025, expiry oct end and you can't e even exchange or return it.

I have dark brown hair with some grey hair. I bought this product to cover my grey hair.First, I found the product very messy to apply and wear. It is very liquid and it kept dripping while applying it and wearing it.As per the instructions, I was supposed to leave it for 1 hr (dark brown on grey hair). Since my hair is quite thick, I left it for 1 hr and 20-30 mins. The result were not satisfactory: my grey hair became yellow and it didn’t get covered at all.

I have been using this product since last five to six years. before this product I had been using Clairiol USA product with similar chemicals viz without Amonia & without Paroxide which had been out in the international market.Since the time I m using Surya Brazil hair colour product,only one pack has been finded original form of colour packed by supplier Beauty basket & imported by Beverley Hill Sales Pvt.Ltd.Otherwise all colours purchased by me were un-effected and found in the form of black water form not thick paste form
