Does not dissolve in hot liquid
This does not dissolve well in water and it definitely does not dissolve well in hot liquids! I tried it and it coagulated. It's so expensive I did not want to waste it so I then tried to dissolve it with my mixer and it turned to foam. As to whether or not it helps, time will tell...

Don't know if its worth the high cost, but maybe some improvement?
I don't know if this is worth the cost, and to be totally frank have not dug into any potential clinical literature describing the effectiveness of immunoglobulin concentrate on gastrointestinal health. I will say, however, that I have dealt with GERD for about half a year now, and while symptoms come and go and come back again, my time taking this seems to have corresponded with a low tide in GERD/acid reflux symptoms. I'm not sure if I can attribute that experience to this, but it certainly didn't *hurt* or augment the intensity of the GERD symptoms, so that's a positive in my book.I'm not sure what justifies the $80 price point on this product, to be honest, or how rare of an ingredient immunoglobulin is, but it certainly isn't something that could be easily incorporated into a daily regimen without some serious hit to the wallet! Once I run out, I'll update and see if the GERD symptoms get worse, and then will know if there is any correlation between the two.
