I got these as I suffer from ibs and other things, thought I’d give these a try as I have seen so many videos on social media, I got them and I don’t know if they are working for me, I have now run out and a bit reluctant about buying them again, they are also meant to help with your flora, but again haven’t felt any different, I don’t know how long I have to wait to feel or see any difference, they taste nice and are easy to chew, but what they actually meant to do, I was a bit disappointed with them to be perfectly honest
