I have been using my doctors own brand but made a switch to this one as the softgels are smaller and the quality of the product is better is vitamin D and olive oil is used as the carrier which is great. The value for the money is good, they have no smell, or taste and are easy to digest. And the big plus is that the recommended dose is only one softgel.

This is my favorite brand of D3. But when I got my order (Aug 26) I was surprised to the expiration date is 10/23. There's no way I can take 200 D3 capsules in 1 month.Amazon did refund (via customer service) the amount without requiring a return. I suggest you check the expiration date when you receive it. Thank you Amazon for resolving this.(Note: This is the only bottle I had any expiration date issues with. All the others have been fine.)

Used product for health. D3 is so important for optimal health!

This Jarrow Formula Vitamin D3 works just like it should. It IS easy to swallow and it has built up my formerly deficient vit D3 levels. My doctor is happy about this. Definitely recommend.

No vitamin K

Very reasonably priced. People are more aware of their vitamin D levels now and appropriately so. My doctor says it enhances many bodily functions. The levels are included in more physicals in recent years and I believe supplements are becoming more common and demanding. 400 IU still seems to be the norm in multiple vitamins. 1000 IU seems both effective and safe. It’s ideal for those who want to get to 4000-5000 IU slowly throughout the day by adding it along with calcium or other supplements each meal. As you can imagine, this approach could be ideal for those with osteoporosis.

It has no taste to me, and it's very small. Easy to take.

I've been using these supplements for quite a while, and they seem to have improved my blood Vitamin D levels.
