Colton's Naturals Cedar Oil Lavender Wood Replenish & Restore Original Cedar Scent (8 Ounces)

I purchased this product to rejuvenate my cedar rings, cedar blocks and cedar chips in many areas of my home such as cabinets, closets and drawers. After properly lightly sanding the wood pieces, I soaked each piece in this liquid, waited until dry enough and placed them back. The scent which was not very strong but did have a very slight scent of Cedar to begin with, was gone within 3 days. This product is NOT an actual Cedar Oil. It was a white milky looking watery liquid. I have since purchased actual Cedar Wood Oil which was only a couple of dollars more. This product doesn't live up to my expectations and there is absolutely no comparison. This product is not as stated. I am not impressed and would NOT purchase it again. A waste of time and money.

I have lung disease so I can't use harsh smelling pesticides so I always try to use natural products, This oil has a soft, pleasant scent, it's safe to use, safe on my lungs and in 2 days it's already making a difference. In addition to a great product I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with this small family owned company and their wonderful old fashion way of doing business. This world has lost touch with that warm personal touch so it has been a wonderful experience

I inherited a cedar chest that had been damaged by having moth balls in it for decades. I had tried multiple Methods to remove the stink without success. I gave it a light sanding and applied two coats of this cedar oil. It did the trick and can now be used. The scent is light and not overwhelming...and because it is 100 percent cedar oil, I believe that it will be an effective insect repellent...from a previous incident when bedbugs were introduced into our home, cedar oil was the only effective, natural cure. I highly recommend this product and the great customer service.

I have to admit that when this product arrived and I opened the bottle and took a whiff, I had my doubts. It didn’t exactly smell like cedar to me, and I questioned whether or not I should use it on the inside of my 100+ year old cedar hope chest. I am very happy that I opted to give it a shot though because it smells absolutely amazing on my cedar chest! Not only does it have that perfect cedar smell, but I also feel like it has helped bring the smell back out of the wood itself. The chest I am restoring sat in a garage for a couple decades and honestly did not have a hint of cedar smell left. Even when sanded, it barely smelled. Now however, my entire workshop smells amazing after applying this to the chest. It’s a great cedar smell without being overwhelming. I am very sensitive to smell, but this doesn’t bother me at all. It also made the wood inside of my chest look a bit better too. Great product! I would definitely recommend and will definitely rebuy this when the need arises. Also, great customer service from the company. I love the addition of a note with contact info in case any questions should arise. You know this is a great product when the maker stands behind it so strongly.

I was pretty impressed at this company. I ordered this to naturally get rid of what my hubby calls "Pincher bugs". I received it thinking a small 8 oz bottle is an ok price, but I received the 16 oz bottle instead. In these uncertain times, it's refreshing to see people giving more to so many others and for this company family values matter. Thank you.My comments are mine and completely unsolicited.

Smells wonderful and does the job and it's easy to use ad goes a long way...it would be perfect if it came with a squeeze bottle and applicator nozzle though! Otherwise perfect purchase!

Recently purchased a large antique cedar chest in which, unfortunately, the previous owner had used mothballs. After light sanding, I then applied Colton's Naturals Cedar Oil. The cedar soaked it up quickly and I reapplied, emptying the bottle. Closed the chest to keep in the scent and let it dry. Now good to go.I couldn't rate the longevity because it's been a week since I applied the oil, but I expect it to be fine.

I LOVE the lovely but subtle smell. I LOVE that my anxious worries about preventing moth decimation of my beautiful wool and cashmere clothing is now preventable in a healthy, easy way, starting now. The smell of moth balls literally makes me sick and gives me a migraine. Now I never have to use them — or smell them — again. AND Colton, the owner, answered every little and big question in my emails with guidance, good advice for other helpful products, patience and kindness. Just The Best all around experience and solution!!
