Very impressed with this supplement. I have pretty bad heart palpitations and skin writing and both have gotten worse since entering perimenopause. I read up on the connection between perimenopause and histamine response and decided to try these. They aren't a miracle cure but they have definitely helped! My heart used to race so bad after eating almost everything and that has decreased dramatically. I still have some skin writing "scratches" but those have drastically decreased as well. I will definitely stay on these! They are such a good price that if you have any similar symptoms, these are definitely worth a try!

I'm in my mid thirties and have developed seasonal allergies over the past 10 or so years. My allergies are difficult to say the least. Dust mites, pine & Birch trees, golden rod and a sensitivity to salicylates to name the big ones. Oh and I also have oral allergy syndrome to food items with similar proteins. This past spring (march/April) I started to take this supplement(just one pill) along with a glass of beet juice in the morning. Now I know your all gagging at the thought of drinking beet juice but with a little lemonade it's not bad. It's also very good for you, but I digress. Now I cannot say if it's one or the other but I have not had any sinus headaches, runny nose, itchy eyes or sleepless nights this year. I'm incredibly happy with this product, as far as I can tell it's worked wonders. I'm not on any medication any more and I can go outside again. Now please note that I do wear a mask during the height of tree pollen season. I can't bring myself to take the chance of a sinus headache but considering I'm doing my firewood at that time it just makes sense.

I take these whenever I feel a cold coming on and daily during the winter season and happy to report no illnesses since I’ve stocked these in our medicine chest. They seem to be the perfect combination of Vit C and Quercitin. The capsules are easy to swallow, which is essential for me. Great value for the price.

These oullls are coated in something that is sour so if you don’t have the capability to swallow pills right off the bat, be cautious

Perfect if you are trying to increase your vitamin C and quercetin. Noticed improvement on immune health.

A good option for money

Don't know how easy to swallow or flavor because I opened the capsule and sprinkled on food. This seems to work good and is probably heathier it eat with food.
