Nice product
It's a good product in this range. UI is simple and video is good. Sound quality is really great. Although ring options are limited, those are good enough. The best thing is wide angle. It covers our complete passage. The technician was very nice and helpful. He gave good demo and responded to all our queries. Although it's the second day of usage, I feel it would be the best video bell I have purchased.

Wastage of money.
Low volume.I have 3 BHK flat. I installed this VDP in my living room. Can’t here except living room.Wastage of money.

DO NOT BUY - Godrej refuses warranty: Video motherboard failed within weeks
Video component failed within weeks, Godrej technician said motherboard replacement was required but Godrej forcibly closed ticket after 4 months of very intentional stalling saying "Customer says no problem". Shame on Godrej Security.

Works well but very low sound
The product works well. We installed it in July 2023 and within a few months the sound of the bell has reduced abysmally and now we are not able to hear the bell.
